Meetings have not been taking place currently due to the Coronavirus. From July 9th Council and committee meetings will take place virtually.
Members of the public who wish to ask a question should email their question to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5.00pm the day before the relevant meeting.
Members of the public who wish to view the meeting email email@example.com by 6.30pm the day before the relevant meeting.
A link will be sent at 6.15pm on the day of the meeting which, once clicked, will be placed in a waiting room. When all councillors are in attendance you will be given admittance to the meeting. If you wish to ask a question you should raise your hand until the Chair of the meeting invites you to speak.
Town Council meetings are open to members of the public and there is a public question time before each Full Council meeting when anyone may come along and ask the Town Council a question. You are welcome to attend our meetings and ask questions.
Once meetings resume they will be held at St James’s Church Centre, Pottergate, Alnwick.
