FREE sports sessions at Alnwick PlayZone

Alnwick Town Council is excited to be working in partnership with Newcastle United Foundation as they deliver FREE weekly community sessions at the brand-new PlayZone, located next to the Alnwick Community Centre.

The all-weather, floodlit facility – funded by the Football Foundation, Northumberland County Council, and supported by the FA, Premier League, and Sport England – is a fantastic space for football, netball, basketball, and fitness activities all year round.

The expert coaches from Newcastle United Foundation are delivering free, inclusive, and engaging sessions for children, young people, and adults every week.

There are three sessions available at Alnwick PlayZone:

• Wednesday, 5-6pm for youngsters age 6-10
• Thursday, 5-6pm for youngsters age 11-16
• Monday, 2-3pm, Adult Walking Football
