Alnwick Town Council Civic Awards 2025 – Nominations now open

Alnwick Town Council is excited to announce that nominations for the 2025 Civic Awards are now open.

The Mayor’s Civic Awards recognise individuals who make a significant impact in the community. There are two categories: one for adults, and one for young people aged 18 or under.

Nominations can be made for individuals, teams, or groups who have shown exceptional involvement, contribution, and dedication to charity work, community service, or voluntary activities in Alnwick.

Alnwick Town Mayor, Councillor Geoff Watson, said “We have so many residents who make an incredible difference to life in Alnwick. These awards are a way to show our appreciation and recognise their efforts. After all, it’s these people who make Alnwick such a wonderful place to live and work.”

If you know someone deserving of an award, simply complete the nomination form and submit it to the Town Council.

Nominations must be received by Tuesday, 22nd April, and the Awards Ceremony will take place in May.
