Fantastic line up for Thursday’s VE Day concert – and it’s free!

As the whole country marks the 80th anniversary of VE Day with an array of events, Alnwick is marking the occasion too with its own vintage musical celebration.

This Thursday Alnwick Playhouse will be echoing to the sound of the wartime years and a fantastic line up of performers are ready to take the audience on a trip down memory lane.

From Alnwick Playhouse Band to The Bluebirds, Wor Vera or Alnwick Allstars – these are just some of the acts taking to the stage throughout the day.
