Mayor opens Alnwick’s shop for all seasons!

The Mayor of Alnwick was delighted to officially open a new shop this morning – Seasons – a home interiors business which is the passion project of sisters Sarah Olson and Helen Turley, who aren’t shy about their love for the location, declaring Alnwick simply “the best place on earth!”

During the opening ceremony the Mayor, Councillor Geoff Watson, praised the sisters’ vision and the shop’s curated collection.

“The shop is full of beautiful things that I’m sure will appeal to local people as well as visitors,” he noted. “With its prime location in the Market Place, it is a welcome addition to our town-centre business community so call in, browse the unique interior pieces and remember to ‘shop local’!”
